Note: Access to the "Manage Licenses" tab is only available if you have unrestricted access to the account.(Kindly reach out to your account administrator if you encounter any issues)
Please follow the step by step instructions to Allocate Licenses in My account:
Note : If you receive the error "We are unable to complete your request online. Contact Citrix customer care to resolve the issue." during allocation or if you are unable to find the licenses you purchased recently, contact customer service.
Note: Allocating XenServer licenses follows this same process. However, after clicking Allocate, you will be presented with a survey asking a few questions about your usage of XenServer. Please complete the survey to proceed with allocating your XenServer licenses.
