1. Navigate to https://www.citrix.com/​
2. Click or hover over Sign In and select My Account
3. Enter user name and password.
4. Click Sign In. 
5. Under Dashboard menu, select Update My Profile. 
6. Select Details & Settings tab on the displayed Information page. This page, by selecting the "pencil" icon, allows for changing Name, Email and Physical Addresses, Phone and Fax numbers. 
   • To change methods of communication from Citrix, select the corresponding radio button under Opt-in/Opt-out for phone, mail or email. 
7. Click Save to apply the updated contact information.
