Step 2. Select Data Consent | Accept the data consent prompt to proceed. |
Step 3. Check for Non-Citrix Products |
If your query is related to ShareFile, Podio, or RightSignature, contact the entity's respective support. Select "No" if your query is not related to ShareFile, Podio or RightSignature.

Step 4. Choose the issue Category | Select from the Main Issue Category (Listed below) and then choose relevant Sub-category: - Login & Account Issues - Renewal & Invoice Issues - Licensing Issues - Technical Issues (Login required for assistance) - My Support Cases - Something Else |
Step 5. Review Suggested Articles | If an article is suggested, Click on the article number (CTX000000) to review it. If the issue is unresolved, return to chat and click "No" when prompted with "Were you able to get what you needed?" |
Step 6. Enter Contact Details | Fill in your contact details as required. Note: For Technical Assistance, login to your account is required. |
Step 7. Click "Submit" | Click Submit to create a case and connect with a live Chat Advisor. |
