    Step 2. Select Data ConsentAccept the data consent prompt to proceed.
    Step 3. Check for Non-Citrix Products

    If your query is related to ShareFile, Podio, or RightSignature, contact the entity's respective support. 
    Select "No" if your query is not related to ShareFile, Podio or RightSignature.

    Step 4. Choose the issue CategorySelect from the Main Issue Category (Listed below) and then choose relevant Sub-category:
    - Login & Account Issues
    - Renewal & Invoice Issues
    - Licensing Issues
    - Technical Issues (Login required for assistance)
    - My Support Cases
    - Something Else
    Step 5. Review Suggested ArticlesIf an article is suggested, Click on the article number (CTX000000) to review it.
    If the issue is unresolved, return to chat and click "No" when prompted with "Were you able to get what you needed?"
    Step 6. Enter Contact DetailsFill in your contact details as required.
    Note:
    For Technical Assistance, login to your account is required.
    Step 7. Click "Submit"Click Submit to create a case and connect with a live Chat Advisor.
