You may see AutoScale failing to turn ON the Virtual Machines at the scheduled time in AWS
Resolution
The issue was resolved after running MCS catalog update.
Problem Cause
The issue was caused as Snapshots of the VMs were missing with the error:
"Snapshot does not exist"
