Description
When Adaptive Audio is disabled, the following errors may be encountered.

CWA Windows session will suddenly crash when playing audio

CWA Window session will not have any audio playback sound
Resolution
To ensure Citrix Workspace (2409) operates smoothly and to avoid these errors, enabling the Adaptive Audio policy is recommended.
Fix Version:
CWA for Windows 2409.10 and later
Problem Cause
When an admin user disables Adaptive Audio, the legacy Audio Quality policy goes into effect for all users on the system and the Citrix Workspace app (2409) may not function correctly for playing audio. The error with the legacy Audio Quality policy will be remediated in the mentioned Fix Version.
