Customers using the Citrix Workspace App with Intel Arc GPUs and Intel GPU driver version 4824 could experience performance issues and lag
The performance issues are present in Intel Arc A-series GPUs and Intel Core Ultra with built-in Arc GPUs, for example:
- Intel Arc A-Series Graphics
- Intel Arc Graphics
- Intel Arc A580
- Intel Arc A770
- Intel Arc A380
- Intel Arc A750
- Intel Arc A350M
- Intel Arc A370M
- Intel Arc A530M
- Intel Arc A570M
This issue only affects the Citrix Workspace App, using the HTML5 CWA does show exhibit any issues.

Resolution

Please note that is not a Citrix issue and we advise customers that are experiencing performance issues to update their Intel Graphics drivers to resolve the issue.
