On the WEM Agent, custom application shortcut icons uploaded to the WEM Service are displaying as blank white icons.

Crete a Group Policy with following setting and apply to WEM Agents.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > File Explorer

Enable "Allow the use of remote paths in file shortcut icons"

Problem Cause

By default "Allow the use of remote paths in file shortcut icons" is disabled in policy.
