Description
Teams will not work properly in an image if it was installed in an App Layer using any version for App Layering prior to 2403.2.
Resolution
App Layering 2403.2 now supports installing UWP/MSIX apps in App Layers.
Problem Cause
UWP/MSIX apps are not supported in App Layers up to version 2403.
