2203 VDA hangs or freezes while launching skype business applications.

Inside the published VDA Users open Skype for business and they noticed Randomly that VDA is Frozen
This is only see with Skype for business
If the users close the session and connect back to session by clicking the icon in Storefront URL they get back to session

Issue is fixed in latest version of  Citrix Workspace app 2403 for Windows &  Citrix Workspace app LTSR 2402 for Windows

Problem Cause

RTMEPlugin was causing the Workspace Client to Crash.
