Virtual keyboard automatic popup feature might not work properly due to API limitations
When the Citrix Workspace app for Windows uses a touchscreen device (e.g., a Surface PC) to access Windows VDA, the client's touch keyboard shall pop up automatically in the Citrix session if we touch an editable area.

If you encounter a problem with the virtual keyboard automatic popup feature (e.g., PinPad.exe), it is suggested that you bring out the virtual keyboard manually through the Citrix session toolbar.
