Description

  • The below idle session timeout warning message is not displayed before the idle ICA session is disconnected.

  • The idle session timeout warning shows up in RDP session on the same VDA.
  • The Idle session timers are configured via RDSH policy.
  • The issue is only seen in ICA session when HDX Adaptive Transport GPO is modified.
  • The issue could be reproduced on Windows 2022 and 2019 OS with 2203 LTSR (CU2, CU3, CU4) and 2402 VDA.

Resolution

A private fix is available to address the issue. Please contact Citrix support if you experience the same issue.
A public fix for this issue will be included in future releases.

Problem Cause

The issue is seen due to compatibility issues with the new Microsoft interface.

The Idle timer expiry message displayed in ICA session depends on the value of fEnableTimeoutWarning in ICA-CGP listener.
