After installing Citrix Workspace app for Windows, the ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe is located in the Path:C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\<Citrix WorkSpace Version>\ReceiverCleanupUtility.exe
<Citrix WorkSpace Version> is the Version Number of the CWA.
For example, Citrix WorkSpace 2307.
