Description
The mouse cursor flickers when dragging the publish app Explorer.
The issue doesn't happen if using window mode.

Resolution
Create the following registries in the VDA server and restart VDA to take effect.

Name: ClassName
Type: REG_SZ
Value: SysDragImage
Name: Type
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0x4000
