Description
Users get the following error when attempting to launch a published application. "The task you are trying to do can't be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes. Other users should still be able to log on." The only user that can currently launch the program successfully from that machine catalog is our domain/global admin, all other users get that error message.

Resolution
Fix the file permissions with the shares that hosts the Citrix profiles and/or the Citrix redirected folders to allow Everyone Read/Write access to those folders
