Description
Dump files (.dmp files) with special characters are generated under C:\ drive in VDA randomly.

Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
- Change "Enabled" value to 0 under below registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6423Node\Citrix\CtxExceptionHandler]

Problem Cause
Dump files are created by C:\Program Files\Citrix\ExceptionHandler\CtxExceptionHandler.exe.
When CtxExceptionHandler.exe catches process crash events, it may create dump file under C:\ drive.
