Power Automate agent for virtual desktops doesn't work in ICA/HDX session.

Resolution

  1. Disable the virtual channel allow list policy.

Problem Cause

Power Automate agent uses the dynamic virtual channel (DVC) whose endpoint name is "PAD\CONTROL".
However, starting with VDA 2109, virtual channel allow list policy has been enabled by default. If it is enabled, Citrix virtual channel module checks not only the virtual channel name for static virtual channel (SVC) but also the endpoint name for DVC.
