Provisioning Services (PVS) target device fail to boot.
The target device stuck at applying computer settings stage and then trigger restart.

From VDA event viewer logs - system event log:

it is the third-party software SAP that initiates the restart of computer.

And disable SAP automatic workstation update or stop SAP automatic workstation update service.

This worked and helped with target devices booted successfully.

Problem Cause

The process C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAPsetup\Setup\Updater\NwSapAutoWorkstationUpdateService.exe (FSCNBEEA0099) has initiated the restart.
