Citrix Cloud supports different solutions to be used as Identity Provider to authenticate administrators accessing the Cloud Console or users accessing the Cloud Workspace to work with published apps/desktops:

1.    Citrix Identity provider
2.    On-premises Active Directory
3.    Active Directory plus token
4.    Azure Active Directory
5.    Citrix Gateway
6.    Google Cloud Identity
7.    Okta
8.    SAML2.0

However, our platform allows configuring only one account per IDT and use one IDT at a time.

This means that, if having two Azure AD tenants, only one can be configured as Identity provider in Citrix Cloud. Also, if you configure several solutions as Identity Provider, example, On-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and SAML2.0, only one of them can be enabled for authentication.
