Description
In Citrix (VDI or Apps), when the mouse pointer is aligned with the input field, the text cursor is displayed incorrectly.
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
On the Citrix Workspace App PC, create the following registry and restart the PC.
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm
Value name: OverlayTestMode
Type: DWORD
Value: 00000005
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm

Problem Cause
Possibly related to GPU drivers.
