1. Press the Windows key on the keyboard and select the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Select Network & Internet on the right side
3. Click on Advanced network setting on the left side
4. Click on Windows Firewall at the bottom of left side
5. Click on Allow an app through firewall
6. Click on Change settings > Allow another app
7. Add " C:\program files(x86)\citrix\icaclient\wfica32.exe" to path field
8. Click on Add
