Describe how to generate a support file of an on-Prem ADM Agent from CLI or GUI


Instructions

CLI
  1. Connect via ssh session to the ADM Agent.
  2. Login to Citrix ADM agent using a SuperUser account (nsroot by default)
  3. Navigate to /mps/scripts directory
  4. Run the techsupport.pl script (perl techsupport.pl or ./techsupport.pl)
    • Location of the support file will be under /var/mps/tech_support
  5. Use an FTP/SFTP program to download the same.

GUI
  1. Connect to the ADM GUI.
  2. Go to Infrastructure > Instances Dashboard > Agents    
  3. Select the agent and in the menu action select 'Generate Technical Support File'.
  4. After a moment it will be downloaded through your browser.
