Describe how to generate a support file of an on-Prem ADM Agent from CLI or GUI
Instructions
CLI
- Connect via ssh session to the ADM Agent.
- Login to Citrix ADM agent using a SuperUser account (nsroot by default)
- Navigate to /mps/scripts directory
- Run the techsupport.pl script (perl techsupport.pl or ./techsupport.pl)
- Location of the support file will be under /var/mps/tech_support
- Use an FTP/SFTP program to download the same.
GUI
- Connect to the ADM GUI.
- Go to Infrastructure > Instances Dashboard > Agents
- Select the agent and in the menu action select 'Generate Technical Support File'.
- After a moment it will be downloaded through your browser.
