Citrix Profile Mangement is often used with a shared storage, but some environments prevent the using of shared storage, and also want to use the function of delete locally cached profiles at logff in UPM.
This article tells how to achieve this goal.

Instructions

1. Configure a template user profile in VDA local folder following https://support.microsoft.com/kb/959753and https://support.microsoft.com/kb/973289, for example C:\templateprofile
2. configure the Following policy settings on Citrix Studio

• Enable ​Delete locally cached profiles on logoff
• Enable profile management
• Set Path to the template profiles to C:\TemplateProfile
• Set path to user store to default windows
• Enable Template profile overrides local profile
• Enable Template profile overrides roaming profile
• Enable Tempalte profile used as a Citrix manadatory for all logons
