ICA session stuck on "Please wait for local session manager" after upgrading to 2305 VDA.
On the VDA , we can see a session successfully created under Task Manager.
Resolution
Browse to "CTXGFX.EXE” file from the path “C:\Program Files\Citrix\HDX\bin” and set the compatibility to “run as administrator for all user”.
In case of MCS , please update the master image and update the catalog.

Problem Cause
Citrix graphics engine doesn't have the access to load required dlls in case their are some security hardening done for the user account .
