Mouse cursor disappears when launching a session in full-screen mode.

Environment

Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.

Resolution

Create the two registry value on client machine to use Direct3D rendering mode:
1.Key:HKLM_SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Configuration\Advanced\Modules\GfxRender\        
  •   Value name:UseDirect3D
  •   Value type:DWORD
  •   Value data: 1
2.Key:HKLM_SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Configuration\Advanced\Modules\GfxRender\        
  •   Value name:UseD3DHybrid
  •   Value type:DWORD
  •   Value data: 0

Problem Cause

It may be the compatibility issue of client and the ​D3DHybrid rendering mode.
