Issue/Introduction

This article describes how to collect logs from the Citrix Secure Access VPN Plug-in for Windows by enabling Users to change Log Levels and generate the logs.

Additional Information

Once generated the Logs, several files can be found inside the ZIP including nsslvpn.txt
Inside nsslvpn.txt can be found relevant information like the base configuration handed by the Gateway vServer to the Secure Access Plug-in after the User login.
Example: Tunnels-Rules, Homepage or the Intranet IP assigned to the Citrix Virtual Adapter in the client device.
