Audio in Microsoft Teams is not muted when the Windows OS of the VDI has been toggled muted.
Meanwhile, the audio in the web version of Teams is muted when VDI is toggled muted.

Resolution
Option 1:
Disable "Microsoft Teams Redirection" in Citrix policies if users don't need Teams Optimization.
Option 2:
User needs to change the volume only from the client machine, not on VDA.
