Move VDA disks to another storage on Citrix Hypervisor

Instructions

• For Pool Random/Static VDAs, Storage migration is not supported
• For Dedicated VDAs
  • Storage migration within pool:
    • Shutdown VDA, right click the VDA and select move,  choose the destination storage
  • Storage migration across pool:
    • Shutdown the VDA, remove VDA parameter  "migrate_send:VM_CREATED_BY_XENDESKTOP":
      • #xe vm-param-remove uuid=<vm_uuid> param-name=blocked-operations param-key=migrate_send 
    • Confirm the parameter has been removed:
      • #xe vm-param-get uuid=<vm_uuid> param-name=blocked-operations
    • Remove VDA parameter "XdProvisioned=true":
      • #xe vm-param-remove uuid=<vm_uuid> param-name=other-config param-key=XdConfig
    • Confirm the parameter has been removed:
      • #xe vm-param-get uuid=<vm_uuid> param-name=other-config
    • Boot the VDA and shutdown, then the VDA can be moved across pool
    • After moving to another pool, re-provision the VDA as "Existing" type on DDC
