Instructions

Based on product design (for the purpose of sharing license server data with Citrix), when Citrix licensing server is not registered with Citrix Cloud, "CollectSample sample collection failed with error 77" error message will be logged in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\WebServicesForLicensing\Logs\error_log".

If Citrix licensing server is not registered with Citrix Cloud, the error message can be ignored.
