1912 LTSR will not be end of life until 18-Dec-24.

However, there is a caveat:

"Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and associated components are only supported on operating system versions that are supported by their manufacturer. Customers may be required to purchase extended support from operating system manufacturer."

In other words, 1912 will be supported until 18 Dec 2024 (or 2029 if the customer has extended support), but only when installed on an operating system that is supported by the operating system vendor. If Microsoft offers extended support on Windows 2012 and the customer has purchased this, then we can offer support. Otherwise, they can continue to use 1912 until its end of life date but would need to migrate to a supported operating system.

(Please also note that in place operating system upgrades are not supported, the server will need to be reinstalled with a clean install of the new operating system and then Citrix reinstalled)
