Description

Users report that they are receiving a non-blocking but annoying CtxMTHost.exe popup when launching published applications since the 2203 CU3 update.

Error message : 

A referral was returned from the server

Resolution

Update the root certificate "DigiCert Trusted Root G4" on the VDAs fix the issue.

Problem Cause

CtxMTHost.exe pop-up - Certificate not imported :

This root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store
