Description
When upgrading from version 12.1 to 13.0 and get "Cannot complete request" through NetScaler.
Resolution
- On the session policy, delete "&& REQ.HTTP.HEADER Referer EXISTS" of the expression
- This should fix the issue.
Problem Cause
This occurs as of 13.x Gateway no longer makes use of this header, and policies that search for this header in their expression never hit, resulting in a failure to forward to the storefront server.Issue/Introduction
After upgrading from 12.1 to 13.0 commonly results in "Cannot Complete Request" and the fix for the issue comes from validating the session policy.
