The installation of Session Recording Agent failed with the error "Cannot Load Counter Name Data Because An Invalid Index Was Read From The Registry".

Follow the steps to reset the performance counter on this computer then reinstall the session recording agent again：

1. Click Start and type cmd
2. Right-click on the Command Prompt application from the list, and select Run as Administrator
3. Run this command: lodctr /r
4. As a result, the message "Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup store" should appear on the screen.
5. Restart this machine.
