Unable to sign in to MCS provisioned machine via RDP after the first reboot of VDA upgrading.
This problem occurs only when upgading from 1912 LTSR CU5 / 2109 or previous version.
Resolution
Workaround:
- Uncheck Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication
This problem can be fixed by upgrading VDA to 1912 LTSR CU6 or later.

Problem Cause
PvsVmAgent fails to startup during VDA upgrade reboot because it fails to find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix registry. This will cause the startup failure of Netlogon service.
