NetScaler VPX GUI shows as freemium with limited (Express) features. ( As shown in below image)

1. Verify if the valid/active licenses installed, if not download and install NetScaler VPX licenses, Reference article CTX255959

2. For NetScaler Gateway licenses , Refer article CTX126049

3. For pooled licensing Refer document 

If the features are still not enabled after installing the licenses, follow the below instructions.

1. Login to the NetScaler VPX / Gateway using Winscp

2. Go to root > var > log > license.log

3. Check for any errors.

4. Verify the date, time, time zone on the NetScaler VPX/Gateway by running the command “date” on CLI, Update the date if necessary refer article CTX205005

Problem Cause

1. Installed licenses are expired
2. Installed licenses does not have valid CSS date for the software installed
