Description
MCS machine fail to powerOn .
On Studio the machine state says FaultState "FailedToStart"
Resolution
Check if the MCS machine NIC exist in the resource group.
MCS machine will fail to boot if NIC doesn't exist in the Azure resource group.
Associated NICs are not deleted. If a user or script deletes these NIC while the machine was in powered Off state , it will cause machine to fail powerOn boot.

Problem Cause
MCS machines created on Azure Hypervisor gets deleted once powered Off .Associated NICs are not deleted. If a user or script deletes these NIC while the machine was in powered Off state , it will cause machine to fail powerOn boot.
