Open Citrix ICA file Failed with No Response

Description
Suddenly, all the ICA files downloaded from web can't be opened.
User double-clicked them, but the Windows system didn't respond by opening the CWA connection manager.
Resolution
The solution is adding the storefront URL to the trusted sites list in Internet Properties.
Operation is done on client Windows machine:
1. Access 'Control Panel', click 'Network and Internet'.
2. Click 'Internet Options', then select 'security'.
3. Click 'Trusted sites', then click 'Sites' button.
4. Add the storefront URL into 'Websites' box.

Problem Cause
After the Windows upgrade, the ICA file cannot be opened, and it can only be opened after manually selecting unlock in file properties.
Not only ICA file, but other types of downloaded files (such as .doc, .pdf ) cannot be opened.
It is possible that some security settings may have changed, resulting in downloaded files being marked as potentially unsafe or blocked from opening.
