• One user account can't open storefront console 
• you do not have sufficient privileges to run the citrix storefront management console
• Right click the storefront icon with administrator rights will ask you to input the username and password, and then storefront console can be opened successfully 

1. Set Policy user account control

• Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode as elevate without prompting 

2. Double click the storefront icon to open the storefront console
