Description
While trying to delete a PVS server from the farm you are greeted by an unexpected error:
Error Constraint Failed A database constraint caused an Add or Update to be stopped. --Details-- The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_CeipData_Server". The conflict occurred in database "DATABASE_NAME", table "dbo.CeipData", column 'serverId'. The statement has been terminated.

Resolution
1. Back up your database before making any manual changes.
2. Using SQL Studio Manager browse to your SQL Server and find the PVS DB in question.
3. Expand tables and find dbo.CeipData.
4. In the column 'serverId' there should be a string value representing the PVS server in question, right click and delete this string.
5. Go back to the PVS console and delete your server.
Problem Cause
The CEIP program allowed you to automatically upload CDF and other log data to Citrix in previous versions of the product. Auto uploading to CIS is no longer supported and newer versions of PVS no longer offer the page to configure these parameters in the setup. If in previous versions of PVS your Farm was configured to send these logs then the DB still has a record of one or more servers performing this task that needs to be removed.
