Description

End-users fist build SSLVPN connection to Citrix Gateway:

  • Access Storefront directly to launch their desktops. Below  error prompt: "Cannot start desktop***". ICA file cannot be downloaded..

Resolution

  1. Run the command "Set-BrokerSite -TrustRequestsSentToTheXmlServicePort $true" on DDC server

Alternative Option  
Accessing Storefront via Citrix Gateway(ICA Proxy Mode), desktops launched successfully.
 

Problem Cause

  • You may capture nstrace in NetScaler with below packet in red column.
  • domain pass-through authentication method is applied to login storefront, however, this feature need to configured in DDC server to trust  XML requests.
