Description

  • VDA randomly hangs during the day.
  • The only workaround available is to restart the Virtual Machine from the hypervisor.
  • In the Application event logs, you would see a crash event for svchost.exe_TermService

Resolution

Disable the FastReconnect feature on the VDA by setting the below registry value

Value: 0
