Description
In an isolated environment where there is no access to external sites ,there is delay when adding account/store in Workspace App
Resolution
If you do not want CWA to send requests to Global App Configuration service , disable global app config service via GPO in the client side.

Problem Cause
Citrix Workspace tries to reach out to Global App Configuration Servers to fetch if any settings related to store is configured , but in isolated environment since global app config server is not reachable results in delayIssue/Introduction
