Description
Installing the Zscaler client on Citrix PVS target device causes a blue screen of death.
Target device crashes with exception code 7e caused by access violation of Citrix Virtual Hard Disk driver,CVhdMp.sys.
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
Change the ZScaler LWF driver from "System" to "Boot" order.
Regedit: "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\zapprd\Start=0"

Problem Cause
As 3rd party network driver is interfering with Citrix Provisioning service, It is recommend you to change the Start type of the 3rd party driver involved.Refer below article for more details:
