User ICA Session Does not Logoff on DDC

Description
VDA task manager has no user session after user logoff, but DDC shows user session is disconnected or active.
Resolution
Forbid residual process via ad policy:
- Enable setting "Don't run specified Windows applications" under the following path
- User configuration -- Policies -- Administrative Templates -- System
Problem Cause
Even though no username under VDA task management users tab page, but there user's process under task management details tab.
