Session Recording Player Search function fails with Certificate error "The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure"

Resolution

Workaround:

Navigate to folder: %LocalAppData%\Citrix\SessionRecording\Player
Create an empty file SsRecPlayerSkipRevocationCheck.json

The SSL revocation check will be skipped when searching in Session recording player.

Problem Cause

SR Server unable to perform revocation check due to network issue.
