Customized Outlook OST path gets reset by Citrix Profile Management during logon.
 

1. The fix is available in VDA version 2203 CU3 LTSR and 2305 CR. All the versions can be downloaded from https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-virtual-apps-and-desktops/ .

• If added user environments variables like %localappdata% to forceostpath, there will be incorrect ost path issues.
  • This issue will be addressed in VDA 2203 CU4 which is due out Q4 2023 (subject to change). 
  • There is a private fix for this currently for 2203 CU3. To get this, you will need to contact Citrix technical support. 

Note: It is advisable to test the behavior after upgrading the VDA to the newer version in the Test/UAT environment. Please contact Citrix Technical support if you face the same issue even after the VDA upgrade to at least 2203 CU3 LTSR or 2305 CR
