Description
User is unable to logon to Citrix DAAS from China.
Translated error “The user name,password, or token is invalid”
Google Authenticator being used for MFA
Resolution
Use an alternative such as MS MFA or Citrix SSO.
When the error is seen click on "Don't have a token".
Then Register the Token as normal.

Problem Cause
All Google Services are blocked in China so an alternative such as MS MFA should be used,
