MCS and Nutanix - Error Cannot Create the hosting unit

Description
The customer was unable to successfully create a new hosting connection to their Nutanix environment.
However after several attempts it succeeded.
Later when creating VDAs in the CVAD Studio, the wizard would fail frequently at different steps of configuration.
A common error observed when expanded indicated incorrect credentials.
Resolution
The customer used a service account for MCS which had only a mapping in Prism Element (and ensure that service account had no mapping in Prism Central)
Problem Cause
The service account used in MCS had mapping to both Prism Element and Prism Central. The mapping in Prism Central resulted in the intermittent failures.
