Error opening Studio - Failed to validate the central configuration service location.

Description
After launching Studio, you may get an error asking you to re-enter your delivery controller address with the error relating to "Failed to validate the central configuration service location". 
Resolution
On the server. open services.msc .
Look for the service “SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)” and you will see that it is n stopped state
Please start the service and re-open Studio which should now open without issues.
