This article intends to give instructions on how to change director default session timeout.
Instructions
By default, the idle time session limit of the Director is 245 min. please follow the below instruction to change it if needed:
- Log on to the Director Server as an administrator
- Open the IIS Manager
- Browse to Sites > Default Web Site > Director in the left hand pane.
- Open Session State in the right hand pane.
- Change the Time-out (in minutes) value under Cookie Settings
