App Layering PVS connector with offload enabled
"An unexpected system error occurred. Retry the operation or contact technical support. Exception Message: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found)"
Resolution
The SMB share provided in the connector configuration page must be accessible from the offload compositing engine and should be the same path as the PVS image location.
Also be sure the authorization method is correct. When specifying the user for the file share, please provide a domain\user combination if that is what is normally needed to access the SMB share. This will not show a failure during the connector test if it is set incorrectly as we are unable to test the connection at that stage.

Problem Cause
The Compositing Engine VM (CE) is unable to find or is not authorized to mount the SMB share provided in the connector config page.
